  My boyfriend and daughter and I went to Chili's tonight for dinner. It was relatively empty because it is a Sunday night. We had our drinks and ordered our appetizers. Everything was fine. For the meals I ordered a burrito and each of them ordered a different burger. My food was fine, but the burgers were overcooked and smelled like dog s***. I don't know if the grease was bad or the meat, but they were gross!!!! We told the waitress and, of course, the manager came to see us. The manager was a terrible manager. He came out implying that my boyfriend's taste buds were somehow off. He told us the specific burger we ordered has a distinct taste. I; however, am sure that taste was not supposed to be of burnt dog crap or vomit. Then he said, "well, you have menus right there. Find something else you'd like or we can get you the bill". My boyfriend said he'd just like the bill. The waitress brought us the bill and all they did was take off the burgers. The manager offered no apologies for the food and basically blamed us for not liking it and then didn't really try to fix the problem in any way. We have been to Chili's many times and really enjoy it, but this experience has made this our last visit to Chili's. It was highly disappointing.

  Typical Chili's restaurant. Had heard it wasn't clean and the staff was horrible but when we went, it was very clean and the waiter was very hospitable and knew the menu well. He was eager to wait on us and we received our food quickly and as we ordered it.
